Significance:
The buildings are significant as examples of restrained Victorian public buildings, competently excuted and forming part of an historic townscape in that part of Gladstone.

Description: Simply detailed brick building with attached police station. Brick pillasters to the front elevation and console brackets are only decorative features. Other buildings nearby of value are Uniting Church, public hall and former shop and Masonic Hall.
